About The Position

We are looking for a true Signals Analyst proficient in RF signals analysis and understanding signal characteristics to determine signal structure, define parameters, and model signal behavior. You will need to be skilled in COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA, and expertise in more than 1 is preferred. This position will have a FISINT focus, and you will work in TechSIGINT, telemetry, and patterns of life. The Level 2 Signals Analyst shall possess the following capabilities: Relevant experience must be in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering or aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems. FISINT Focus -- Understanding signal characteristics to determine structure, define parameters, and model behavior. RF signals analysis. Additionally having COMINT, ELINT, PROFOMA experience. (pref 1 or more of these specialties on top is a plus) Techsigint, telemetry, pattern of life - Weapons and Space. 452 or SIGE4810 is a plus.

Requirements

Relevant experience must be in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering or aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems.
FISINT Focus -- Understanding signal characteristics to determine structure, define parameters, and model behavior.
RF signals analysis.
Doctoral Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
Master's Degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
Associates degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
HS diploma or GED with 7 years of experience will be considered for those who have completed relevant military degree programs (or equivalent) or who have completed relevant military training (9141 (Navy Tech ELINT Analyst 1N2A (Air Force Tech ELINT Analyst 451/461 (Intermediate Signals Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis); or who have participated in or graduated from a relevant training program such as the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP) Military ELINT Signals Analysis Program (MESAP) or Military OpELINT Signals Analysis Program (MOSAP).
Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field. A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevant training program.
TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
