About The Position

The Sign Technician is responsible for assembly, installation, maintenance, and testing of signage and exterior lighting across Company retail locations. This role participates in the ongoing implementation, execution, maintenance and measurement of all signage elements.

Requirements

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprint & electrical drawings.
• Verifies dimensions, alignments & clearances per drawings or plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work area for installation of equipment.
• Installs or helps install electric and non-electric signage.
• Operates hand tools such as drills, saws, grinders, routers, etc.
• Operates and maintains aerial equipment and tools.
• Fuses pieces of metal together to join metal parts, fill holes, or fix seams in metal.
• Supports and facilitates organizational changes, continuous improvement and communication.
• Embodies personal leadership qualities through authentic interactions.
• Continuously volunteers discretionary effort and models desired behaviors.
• Demonstrates and embodies company values throughout the course of employment.
