Aramsco is looking for a Sign Shop Assembly Associate Primary Duties and Responsibilities Job Description Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.89 Experienced in working as a Sign Fabricator and Designer. Familiar with various roll fed vinyl material for large format printing. Performs activities related to the production of large format digital printing, signs & banners. Proficient with required design program and RIP software to setup art files for printing. Must be able to lift 50lbs to Load/Unload, maintain large format printers. Vinyl plotter experience. Laminator experience required for graphic finishing and board mounting. Must be able to read a tape measure. Work well with hands. Familiarity with tools: knife, power tools, saws, drills, hammer, etc. Determine type and quality of materials required for projects and place orders with vendors. Ensure proper storage of materials and inventory control. Design sign layouts. Use a heat applicator machine and computer graphics system in the fabrication and repair of signs. Performs other undefined duties assigned by manager.

Requirements

Ability to present and maintain a positive image in a fast-/paced environment

Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Must have outstanding attendance and punctuality
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Two to five years’ experience working with signs
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Able to switch project direction in a fast-paced environment without frustration or confusion
Knowledge of best practices and safety procedures
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
