About The Position

The POS Warehouse Clerk will maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment, manage receiving and unload trailer pallets and shipments from all couriers, and distribute Point of Sale (POS) materials. The clerk will also ensure that the store is merchandised properly, assist customers, and accurately process all point-of-sale transactions. The position also includes performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) software applications.
• Proficiency with Tagify application.
• Ability to operate a computer, tablet, and smartphone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and customers.
• Must be able to approach and assist customers promptly and handle multiple customers effectively.
• Ability to receive, load, and unload packages from tractor trailers as assigned by supervisor.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of related retail and warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screen.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment, ensuring maximum floor efficiency.
• Receive, load, and unload pallets and shipments from all couriers.
• Distribute POS and stock materials in an orderly manner.
• Merchandise the store as required.
• Assist customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately process all point-of-sale transactions.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move goods.
• Assist in the day-to-day warehouse operations and help ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
