About The Position

In this critical role, you will lead teams to manage larger and more complex projects within the commercial sign and branding industry. You will be responsible for overseeing resources, managing schedules, and handling financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration with various departments to address issues, risks, and project changes is essential to ensure successful, on-time delivery. Additionally, you will drive process improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, construction, or related field
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience negotiating contracts with vendors
• Proven ability to solve problems independently
• Capacity to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Adept at planning, organizing, and process adherence
• Familiarity with blueprint reading
• Background in B2B sales and commercial construction
• Proficient with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage full project life cycle for significant projects
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to gather detailed requirements and clarify project specifics
• Manage client relationships and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Develop and monitor project plans, adjusting as necessary to meet objectives
• Delegate tasks among team members based on skills and experience
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
• Oversee budgeting and financial analysis while managing project risks
