About The Position

The Sign Production & Installation Specialist at Extreme Graphics LLC is responsible for the installation and production of high-quality signage and graphics. This role involves both in-house fabrication and on-site installation, ensuring that client visions are realized through exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. The position requires a blend of technical skills, physical capability, and customer interaction, making it essential for the successful execution of projects across various environments.

Requirements

• Experience in sign or graphic installation, including vinyl application.
• Familiarity with drills, saws, tape measures, and cutting knives.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for inclusion in company vehicle insurance policies.
• Comfort with physical tasks, including lifting 50+ lbs and working at heights.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with wide-format printing, UV flatbed printing, CNC routing, laser cutting, or laminating equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or RIP software for production tasks.
• Vehicle wrap installation experience.
• Certifications for operating scissor or articulating lifts.

Responsibilities

• Install signage in various environments, including walls, ceilings, windows, and ground-mounted locations.
• Apply vinyl graphics to vehicles with precision and care.
• Use scissor lifts, articulating lifts, and ladders for elevated installations, demonstrating comfort with heights.
• Install dimensional letters, logos, and plaques securely on various surfaces.
• Utilize appropriate mounting hardware for different substrates and environments.
• Verify alignment and secure attachments during on-site installations, addressing any challenges that arise.
• Monitor material stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain organization of tools, substrates, and finished products in clean and labeled areas.
• Collaborate with team members, sales staff, and project managers to meet timelines and expectations.
• Occasionally assist in direct customer interactions to confirm project details or discuss installation requirements.
• Be available for occasional travel to complete installations in other cities or states, including driving a company vehicle for projects around Central Florida.
