Ampersand Therapy, a woman and therapist run company, is hiring a Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. We’re looking for a dedicated and collaborative therapist who is passionate about helping young learners thrive in the school setting. Requirements

• Current or eligible for Oregon SLI Certification/Licensure
• Passing score of 3.5 or above on the Educational Interpreting Performance Assessment (EIPA) performance test; or Hold RID National Interpreting Certification, RID Certificate of Interpretation or RID Certificate of Transliteration
• Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
