Requirements

3–5 years in sign installation or a comparable construction trade
Comfortable working at heights, in all weather, and performing strenuous labor.
Strong carpentry and construction knowledge.
Mechanical aptitude proficiency with tools; field welding is a plus.
Computer/smartphone use of tablets and Microsoft skills.
High School Diploma/GED and a clean driving record.
Great attitude, coach-able, safety‑minded, professional, and team‑oriented.
Strong spatial awareness & attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Bucket Truck, crane, & lift experience (certifications a plus)
Understanding of Sign Substrates: installation methods, anchoring systems, foundations, and concrete

Responsibilities

Safely transport, mount, and install a wide variety of signs, including channel letters, monument signs, interior electrical signs, vinyl graphics, and architectural signage
Perform site visits to take measurements, photos, and evaluate mounting surfaces, access planning, and electrical considerations
Site prep, remove existing signage, post‑install cleanup. Maintain a clean, organized and safe job site.
Operate and maintain tools, lifts, bucket trucks, and equipment safely
Assist with scheduling, planning, and communication with customers and internal teams. Track status and communicate project challenges. Document all work.
Occasionally travel outside the region
