Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Sign Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with installing both indoor and outdoor signage and a strong attention to detail. CDL drivers are encouraged to apply, as we offer competitive pay for those with a Commercial Driver's License. This role involves working with a variety of materials, tools, and equipment to install signs for our diverse clientele.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sign installation or a related field preferred.
- CDL license with a clean driving record preferred for transport duties (CDL Drivers will receive $35/hour).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or plans.
- Basic knowledge of electrical work (for illuminated signs) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL drivers preferred).
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights (ladder and aerial lift).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites, sometimes on short notice.
Responsibilities
- Install a wide range of signs, including but not limited to, banners, billboards, illuminated signs, and more.
- Ensure proper alignment, placement, and secure mounting of signs.
- Work with different types of materials (vinyl, metal, acrylic, etc.) and tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate installation.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing signage as needed.
- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure job requirements and timelines are met.
- Follow safety protocols and work in compliance with safety standards.
- Transport and handle signage equipment to and from job sites.
