About The Position

FASTSIGNS Conroe is hiring an experienced Sign Installer for a temporary role with the potential to convert to full-time. This is a non-entry-level position. You must be able to work independently and handle installs solo on Day 1 .

Requirements

2+ years of sign installation experience (required)
Ability to work independently and unsupervised
Experience with vinyl and interior/exterior signage installation
Lift equipment operation experience
Strong mechanical skills and power tool proficiency
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Nice To Haves

Electrical sign installation experience (channel letters, cabinets)
3M Certification (vinyl / vehicle wraps / graphics)
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Fall Protection training
Aerial lift / boom lift / scissor lift certifications

Responsibilities

Install vinyl graphics (walls, windows, vehicles)
Install interior signage (ADA, dimensional letters, directories)
Install exterior signage (building signs, cabinets, post & panel)
Read and understand basic installation drawings and instructions
Use Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar) for job communication and documentation
Communicate job status, delays, and issues promptly to the Install Coordinator
Safely operate lift equipment (boom, scissor, bucket)
Measure, level, drill, anchor, and mount signage
Load/unload materials and maintain a clean jobsite
