About The Position
Alvey's Sign Co Inc is a local sign manufacturer looking for a qualified sign electrician/installer to join our team. The selected individual will be responsible for the installation of various types of signs, including faces, channel letters, decals, and more. This position requires a commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all work is performed in a safe manner and that customer satisfaction is prioritized. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate hand power tools and equipment effectively. In this role, you will be expected to maintain a safe and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all required paperwork is completed and submitted to the appropriate person or location. The position demands strong organizational and time management skills, as well as effective communication with customers to ensure their needs are met. The job may also involve lifting heavy objects, up to 150 pounds, with the appropriate lifting tools. A positive and energetic approach is essential, as you will be representing the company in various customer interactions.
