Our Core Values: We hire and work by these values: Creativity – Thinking Outside the Box Teamwork – Putting Others First Integrity – Doing the Right Thing Dedication – Exceeding Expectations Excellence – Improving Everyday What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day): As a Sign Install Helper, you’ll support our installation team by: Assisting with daily setup of tools, equipment, and materials Reviewing project plans and safety procedures before installs Supporting the Lead Installer with mounting and securing signs Working on buildings, poles, and various structures Anticipating team needs to keep installs efficient and safe Following OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times Pay & Benefits: Compensation: $18–$24 per hour (DOE) Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) + paid holidays 401(k) to support your financial future Ready to Get Started? Requirements
- Comfortable working at heights up to 150 feet using lifts or aerial equipment
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- Basic math skills and familiarity with power tools
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Ability to read measurements, plans, and instructions
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Prior sign installation or construction experience
