About The Position

This is an ideal part-time weekend job for outgoing, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals. The primary goal is to attract attention to a sign and direct people to client business locations, effectively increasing 'traffic'. The role requires exhibiting energy, smiling, and maintaining a pleasant demeanor. Human Directional signs are a popular marketing method for clients.

Requirements

Outgoing with motivation and enthusiasm
Self-motivated
Reliable
GREAT attitude
Ability to handle outdoor conditions, including standing for several hours in various weather conditions (heat, humidity, and sometimes inclement weather)
Punctual
Active Cell Phone (must be able to send and receive text messages)
Available on Weekends
Reliable Transportation (public transportation, bicycles, motorcycles, or scooters are not considered reliable for this position, as you will need to transport a 5-foot sign)

Responsibilities

Attract attention to the sign and the location to which the sign is directing
Exhibit energy by displaying the sign, smiling, and generally having a pleasant demeanor
Arrive on time at the job location
Send and receive text messages to communicate throughout the shift when necessary
Work consistently on weekends
Transport a 5-foot sign
