About The Position

Modern Government Solutions (MGS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Electronic Warfare (EW) Operator Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in San Diego, California. This position supports the Naval Special Warfare Command, encompassing the training of Navy service members in Naval Special Warfare Tactical Information Systems. In this critical role, you will instruct, develop, maintain , and update SIGINT training materials and content, ensuring our specialized training meets the unique needs of Special Operations and other government customers. Your expertise will directly contribute to the readiness and effectiveness of our elite forces. Requirements

• Must possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI security clearance.
• 4+ years of experience in Special Operations Forces (SOF) SIGINT or 2+ years of experience providing instruction to SOF SIGINT personnel.
• Technical geo-location experience.
• Experience in digital forensics, wireless surveillance, and countermeasures.
• Proficiency in conducting SIGINT threat assessments.
• Understanding of multiple types of commercial communication systems and infrastructure.
• Experience with SIGINT/EW vehicle-mounted and dismounted operations.
• Familiarity with tactical SIGINT/EW operations.
• Knowledge of electronic and physical signature reduction.
• Experience with Digital Land Mobile Radio (various architectures).
• Familiarity with Close-Access Tactical SIGINT and SIGINT-focused Tactical Special Reconnaissance.
• Applicants selected will be United States citizens subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

• Former SOF Operator.
• American Red Cross CPR/AED certification.
• Teaching experience.
• Master Training Specialist certification.
• Maritime analytical experience, preferably supporting SOF missions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert instruction and support to meet the specialized training needs of Special Operations and other government customers.
• Instruct on processes related to targeting networks, individuals within networks, precision geo-location operations, and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation.
• Demonstrate strong briefing skills and effectively instruct SIGINT processes while providing comprehensive guidance on tools and applications.
• Utilize basic computer applications and established SIGINT-related databases to support training and product development.
• Document processes and contribute to continual process improvement.
• Adhere to company standard operating policies and procedures.
