About The Position

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst to support the U.S. Army Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) program. The successful candidate will provide assessments and evaluations on performance and feasibility of existing and proposed Terrestrial, Aerial, and Space-based SIGINT components of Army TENCAP architectures, including identification of performance, cost, and schedule risk, and prepare recommendations for consideration. The Operations Specialist will participate in forums with external organizations concerning employment, acquisition, and development of SIGINT collection, processing exploitation, and dissemination systems. The chosen candidate will also recommend and evaluate SIGINT policy, architecture, requirements, and system development decisions for client staff and participate in the SIGINT portions of New Equipment Training (NET) and refresher training. Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Able to communicate effectively with peers and senior level staff
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • MA/MS or BA/BS plus 15 years SIGINT Analyst experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) or DOD, OR 20 years SIGINT Analyst experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience on the operation of National and Tactical SIGINT systems and associated tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of SIGINT collection, processing exploitation and dissemination systems
  • Experience with recommending and evaluating SIGINT policy, architecture, requirements, and system development decisions
  • Familiarity with SIGINT New Equipment Training and refresher training
