The Siemens Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity to design your career over two exciting years through three result-oriented assignments in the Digital Industries Software – Global Strategy & Marketing (DISW-ST&MK) organization. Participants will rapidly build up in-depth knowledge and experience of the business from different perspectives, gaining a deep understanding of Siemens. The program includes responsibilities, learning, and development opportunities, with an experienced mentor to support individual career goals. The first assignment will be based in Detroit/Livonia, Michigan, or remotely, assisting the Global Head of Project Management in managing governance, execution, and reporting of projects in the Strategy & Marketing function. Subsequent assignments may take place in Germany and the US, focusing on Brand Communications, Public Relations, and Strategic Marketing.

  • Understand current metrics to monitor and improve project performance.
  • Lead/Co-Lead programs or initiatives across various functions in DI SW Strategy & Marketing.
  • Review best practices for performance metrics and implement improvements, including automation.
  • Assist in large scale, complex strategy or marketing projects.
  • Align/collaborate with Finance Operations on SaaS business model implementation.
  • Support project and program management for various initiatives.
  • Work with the DAA team to identify data trends and insights.
  • Support planning and execution of Segment Ops Reviews.
  • Assist in budget planning and preparation of budget decks.
  • An above-average Master's Degree in strategy, marketing, MBA, or a closely related field.
  • A strong background in software or technology is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 months of international experience.
  • Significant practical work experience from internships or working student activities.
  • No more than 3-4 years of professional experience in a related environment.
  • Legally authorized for employment in the United States without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • Demonstrates broad knowledge of field specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.
  • Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of strategy and/or marketing.
  • Skills in project management, horizontal leadership, executive communication, networking, planning, execution, technical learning, and financial acumen.
