About The Position

The Siemens Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity to design your career over two exciting years through three result-oriented assignments in the Digital Industries Software – Transform Sales & Marketing BP (DI IT SW T S&MK) organization. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge and experience of the business from various perspectives, working closely with international teams and taking on responsibilities from the start. The program includes comprehensive training, mentorship, and a chance to work on significant IT transformation initiatives, including SaaS implementations.

Requirements

  • A Master's Degree in Information Systems, MBA, or a closely related field.
  • A strong background in software or technology is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 months of international experience.
  • Significant practical work experience from internships or working student activities.
  • No more than 3 - 4 years of successful experience in a related professional work environment.
  • Legally authorized for employment in the United States without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • Demonstrates broad knowledge of field specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.
  • Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of information technology.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Head of Sales and Marketing Business Partners in developing, implementing, and maintaining performance measurement systems.
  • Work with key business stakeholders to understand business processes and pain points.
  • Review best practices for performance metrics across Siemens DI SW.
  • Establish key metrics and build dashboards to identify IT solutions' business impact.
  • Identify key areas for improvement and make recommendations for actionable initiatives.
  • Contribute to large-scale IT transformation initiatives.
  • Drive internal IT operational efficiency and reporting initiatives.
  • Gather KPI data to assist with Finance Operations and the Business Partner Organization.
  • Work with the Business Partner team to identify data trends and insights.
  • Provide meaningful KPI data to assist with resource planning and selection of future IT initiatives.
  • Support budget planning by gathering and consolidating resource data.
