As Siemens Advanta Region Head - NAM, you will be responsible for the relationships with all Customers and Partners based in North America for Siemens Advanta. You are part of the Siemens Advanta leadership team with full P&L responsibility for your Region. You will implement the Siemens Advanta strategy, drive customer value, innovation, and speed, and contribute to the growth of both Siemens and Siemens Advanta. You will manage a newly expanded team in a high priority Region for Siemens' growth. You will build adequate competencies to fulfill customer demand within your Region, in-line with the global governance and processes set by global teams in People & Organization as well as Strategy & Operations. You will be accountable to break down your Region targets into Sub-Region, Vertical and Account targets. You will be in close alignment with the Siemens Lead Country CEO to ensure the interlock of Siemens and Siemens Advanta account strategies and plans within your Region. This role requires a strategic business leader with a proven track record of delivering business impact and achieving business targets.
