About The Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. The Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing our roofing crew and ensuring the successful completion of roofing projects. This position requires a customer-focused approach and a strong knowledge of roofing practices.

Requirements

Site Supervisor: 1-2+ years preferred
Experience driving truck and trailer is a MUST!
High School or equivalent
Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

Manage on-site roofing crew, assigning tasks, coordinating schedules, and enforcing safety guidelines and policies.
Oversee installation to ensure roofing work aligns with quality and craftsmanship standards; conduct regular inspections for compliance.
Supervise post-job cleanup and inspection, including material and debris removal, to leave the worksite hazard-free and clean.
Conduct meticulous final clean-up using tools like magnets to remove loose nails or metal fragments, prioritizing customer safety.
Maintain professional and courteous customer interactions, addressing concerns, offering project updates, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Typically 6am-4pm but willingness to work long hours if required or necessary.
