Requirements

Previous, verifiable experience in siding installation or repair – REQUIRED
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors year-round and in various weather conditions
Comfortable using ladders and working at heights, including on roofs
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Customer-focused attitude with solid communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt as we continue to grow and improve

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and service on exterior siding and gutter systems
Apply finishing materials such as caulk to seal gaps and ensure weatherproofing
Communicate clearly with customers regarding services performed and products used
Maintain and care for company vehicle — keeping it safe, clean, and operational
Collaborate with team members and uphold Window World’s quality standards
