About The Position

Wrightway Home Improvements is looking for Installation Specialists or Construction Foreman to join our growing team based in Fond du Lac. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service while utilizing their exterior remodeling skills. We are proud partners with Marvin Windows, ABC Seamless Siding, Gutter Helmet Gutter Protection, and Boral Steel Roofing. Our services also include the installation of awnings, pergolas, decks, attic insulation, and gutter systems.

Requirements

• Experience in exterior installation or construction
• Knowledge of gutter systems and installation
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with Marvin Windows or ABC Seamless Siding
• Familiarity with attic insulation installation
• Experience in customer service roles

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service during installations
