About The Position

The Siding Install and Service Manager at SouthEnd Exteriors is responsible for supervising a team of Siding Install and Service Technicians, Leads, and Supervisors. This role focuses on overseeing the installation and service processes to ensure efficiency and quality, while also providing exceptional customer service and maintaining safety standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of siding installation/service experience required.
• Ability to read and use a measuring tape and other required tools for complete installation.
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide and follow detailed instructions.
• Excellent teamwork and customer relationship skills.
• Demonstration of leadership skills, including mentoring new associates and willingness to train others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work of Siding Install and Service Technicians, Leads, and Supervisors.
• Oversee the installation and service process efficiently.
• Follow instructions from supervisors regarding installation of materials.
• Work collaboratively with other installers to install products as assigned and trained.
• Adhere to manufacturer directions and warranty requirements during installations.
• Track time and materials for each installation project.
• Maintain all equipment in good order and report malfunctions to the field supervisor.
• Operate all equipment safely and responsibly.
• Provide quality customer service and attend training for new technologies and installation methods.
• Cross-train in other areas to expand knowledge and expertise.
• Ensure compliance with the company's attendance policy and other policies as required.
