About The Position
A&M Home Services is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Siding Foreman. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of siding systems on both residential and commercial properties. Our company is committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every job is completed correctly the first time. As a Siding Foreman, you will play a crucial role in leading a team to deliver high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety protocols and company procedures. Your responsibilities will include safely operating and maintaining the tools and equipment used for siding work, measuring, cutting, and fitting gutter materials to ensure proper installation, and removing old gutters and downspouts when necessary. You will also be tasked with cleaning and maintaining job sites to ensure they are safe and free of debris. Working at heights using ladders and scaffolding will be a regular part of your job, and you will need to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Providing excellent customer service and representing A&M Services in a professional manner is essential to this role. We are looking for individuals who have previous experience in siding installation or construction labor, possess a strong attention to detail, and can work in various weather conditions. Physical stamina is important, as you will be required to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs). A valid driver's license is preferred, and reliable transportation to job sites in Plymouth, IN, and surrounding areas is necessary.
