About The Position

Under immediate supervision of the Sidewalk Construction Supervisor, the Trades Helper I performs manual labor involved with the development of a wide variety of projects. This includes, but is not limited to, concrete work, preparing work sites, setting grades and forms, coordinating utility spotting, building maintenance, minor electrical repairs, installation of signs and fencing, installation of drainage, completion of earthwork operations and welding.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor for various construction projects

• Assist in building maintenance
