About The Position

The Sides Operator is responsible for the operations of mixing and packaging of sides products. During which times sides lines are not in operation, this person will perform various other duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Know and follow HACCP and SQF programs.
• Know and follow all Food Safety procedures.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Wear all required personal protective equipment. For more information see policy.
• Learn all aspects of processing including set up and operations of all equipment and processes.
• Learn all aspects of the clean room including set-up, operation, CIP’S, tear down and procedures.
• Learn all aspects of packaging including equipment operation and procedures.
