Responsibilities
- People Leader for Design and Release Engineers of FNA and FoM regions.
- Responsible for high quality (on-time, within budget, and meeting engineering and attribute requirements) delivery to GPDS milestones for Side Closure BIW systems.
- Absolute focus on delivery of robust designs and failure mode avoidance by applying engineering disciplines including DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, PDP and ES specifications.
- Deliver focused TVM, Warranty reduction, and benchmarking.
- Proactively lead teams.
