The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes. The SI&D Manager leads the end‑to-end financial business cycle and strategic planning process, translating business strategy into actionable insights, performance targets, and portfolio recommendations. This role will govern cross‑functional forums, ensure alignment to strategic objectives, and deliver clear performance metrics that enable proactive risk management and continuous improvement . Partnering closely with Finance, Value Stream, Operations, and PMO teams , this role ensures that insights are converted into execution, accountability, and measurable business outcomes while standardizing best practices and strengthening business decision‑making.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant business experience is required.
  • Experience with project and program management processes and tools is required.
  • Supply Chain Financial acumen is required.
  • The ability to collaborate optimally with all levels of management and influence decision-making across a matrix organization is required.

Nice To Haves

  • An Advanced Degree is helpful.
  • Experience in financial business cycle and/or strategic planning is preferred.
  • Product cost management and budget management preferred
  • Experience, training, or certification in digital analytics capabilities is preferred.
  • Global business experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end Financial Business Cycle including financial forecasting, prioritization, and performance review cycles.
  • Lead updates to the Strategic Planning model in support of the Long-Range Financial Plan (LRFP), translating business strategy into actionable insights, performance targets, and trade-off recommendations.
  • Develop an Integrated Business Intelligence capability/tool to analyze product performance across the portfolio and supply chain network, enabling data-driven decisions related to profitability, demand trends, capacity constraints, and network performance. In addition, it will enable proactive identification of business risks and opportunities.
  • Define, collect, analyze, and present monthly performance metrics, facilitating scorecard reviews focused on leading indicators, risk management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement tracking.
  • Implement and document standard best practices across the financial business cycle, including roles and responsibilities and governance model.
  • Partner closely with Finance and Operations to ensure insights translate into execution, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with DPS Supply Chain PMO and key stakeholders to ensure initiatives, prioritization, and business cycle reviews remain aligned to strategic objectives, with appropriate adjustments identified and sustained.
