About The Position

The position operates the internal shuttle for the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, providing transport to and from designated locations in a safe and efficient manner. The working hours are from 6:00pm to 2:30am, Monday through Friday. The benefits package starts on the first day of employment.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED/equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required in accordance with D-H's Driver Disqualifications Guidelines
• Must complete all DHMC required training within 90 days of starting

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner
• Follow pre-planned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle
• Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
• Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate department
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving the shuttle vehicle
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
• Collect data on passenger counts during their shift
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
