About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to vehicle leasing contract requirements.
• Valid driver's license must be maintained at all times.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, MVR, and drug screen.
• One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from designated locations in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.

• Communicate courteously and professionally with guests and staff.
• Inspect the vehicle for safety and operational readiness before each shift.
• Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
• Assist patrons with entering and exiting the vehicle, including using specialized equipment when necessary.
