About The Position
The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Shuttle Driver on the Dahlonega campus. This position is in the Office of Parking & Transportation Services, a division of Auxiliary Services, and reports to the Transportation Supervisor on the Dahlonega Campus. The Shuttle Driver performs the duties of a shuttle bus driver for the University of North Georgia, driving students, faculty, and staff in a safe and effective manner to on and off campus sites, for events and athletics events. The position requires flexible hours to assist with events on campus, including driving the shuttle, directing traffic (flagging) guests in or out of parking lots and decks. Periodic evening and weekend trips to transport UNG to in-state and out-of-state venues are also required. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, be at least 18 years of age, and possess a valid Georgia driver's license with an exceptional driving record.
