You'll Champion: Customer Transport & Concierge Care: Safely shuttle customers to and from the repair center, home, or work, on time, every time. Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as part of our concierge service. Intake Excellence: Greet customers, gather keys, and coordinate vehicle flow for technician inspection. Facility Pride (During Downtime): Keep floors, waiting areas, restrooms, and break rooms clean and organized. Take out trash and recycling daily. Operational Support: Pick up parts from local vendors, run errands (mail/banking), and keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and ready. Team Momentum: Step in, step up, and keep the day moving, because smooth operations start with you. Responsibilities and duties are subject to change by Management at any time.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Friendly and courteous demeanor with strong customer service skills.
Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions accurately.
Able to work independently while remaining responsive to team needs.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Safely shuttle customers to and from the repair center, home, or work, on time, every time.
Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as part of our concierge service.
Greet customers, gather keys, and coordinate vehicle flow for technician inspection.
Keep floors, waiting areas, restrooms, and break rooms clean and organized.
Take out trash and recycling daily.
Pick up parts from local vendors, run errands (mail/banking), and keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and ready.
Step in, step up, and keep the day moving, because smooth operations start with you.
Safely transport customers to and from the repair center, their homes, or workplaces in a timely and professional manner.
Greet customers upon arrival and assist service advisors with gathering keys and helping direct vehicles for technician inspection.
Assist the team with other operational tasks as requested.
Maintain the shuttle vehicle's cleanliness and ensure it is fueled and ready for use.
