Monaco Ford has an immediate opening for a part-time Shuttle Driver who is dependable, customer-focused, and eager to support our high-volume, fast-paced dealership. Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and be active during the entire shift, if needed
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work the required schedule (Mon-Fri, 12:30pm-5:30pm)

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and drop off customers within a 20-mile radius of the dealership
• Assist with our Pick Up & Delivery service at times, which involves picking up customer vehicles, transporting them to the dealership, and returning them once service is complete
• Assist technicians by road testing vehicles when requested
• Help organize and rearrange the Service lot
• Support the Parts Department with parts runs as needed
• Support the Sales Department with deliveries or errands as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dealership areas, including shuttle vehicle and customer waiting areas
