64-350 Shuttle Driver
About The Position
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Determines condition of vehicle by inspecting vehicle before and after use; logging inspections; reporting discrepancies; cleaning vehicle; ensuring fluid levels are adequate. Delivers customers to destinations by identifying destination; selecting safest route; driving the van. Protects employees and customers by complying with federal, state and local legal requirements adhering to safety requirements; applying preventive maintenance policies; applying manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; correctly leading the vehicle; evaluating new equipment or technologies; advising management on any needed actions. Maintians records by completing the driver log; filing documents; filling our accident or incident reports. Provides customer information by answering questions and requests. Helps to ensure teamwork by completing various tasks that may be requested by your supervisor.
Requirements
- Must be 25 years or older and able to obtain a UMUGC Non-Support License.
- Available for all shifts.
- Must have Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- High School diploma or GED Certified.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational skills.
- Committed to quality customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of first aid methods preferred.
