About The Position

At Brundage Mountain Resort, our Parking Lot Shuttle Drivers are often the very first team members our guests meet — and the ones who set the tone for their day on the mountain. This role goes beyond simply driving a shuttle; it’s about creating a warm, safe, and welcoming experience that makes every guest feel valued from the moment they arrive. We are looking for a friendly, reliable driver who enjoy connecting with people and can adapt to the changing pace of the resort. Shift days and times may vary depending on business needs, so flexibility is important.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 25 years old with six (6) years of driving experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s U.S. license and be able to pass a motor vehicle records check.
  • Experience with winter driving and knowledge of safe driving practices.
  • Friendly, approachable, and dependable with a focus on excellent guest service.
  • Comfortable interacting with both guests and employees in a positive, helpful manner.
  • Ability to safely operate different sizes of vehicles.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with skis, snowboards, and guest gear when needed.
  • Maintains a neat, professional appearance.
  • Available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Willing to assist with light snow removal as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a bus driver is helpful, especially in resort or hospitality settings.
  • Confident in directing traffic and assisting guests with parking questions.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate the parking lot shuttle (school or passenger bus) through parking areas and along resort roadways.
  • Navigate carefully around snowbanks, parked cars, skis, snowboards, and pedestrian traffic.
  • Provide a comfortable, positive shuttle experience for every guest.
  • Greet passengers warmly, assist with loading/unloading gear, and answer basic resort questions.
  • Keep the shuttle interior clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
  • Perform daily vehicle safety checks, record results in the log, and promptly report maintenance needs.
  • Track passenger counts in the daily log for operational records.
