Requirements
- A reliable, customer-focused professional who enjoys working with people
- Safe, confident driver with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Punctual, organized, and able to manage time effectively
- Comfortable using a company-provided cell phone for communication
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Excellent driving skills and clean DMV Record
- Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Positive outlook with a high-energy personality
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a timely, professional manner
- Assist passengers in and out of the shuttle and ensure a smooth, comfortable ride
- Plan efficient routes to keep customers on schedule
- Keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and ready for daily use
- Provide friendly, courteous service that reflects Toyota’s commitment to quality
- Complete occasional dealership errands, such as parts pickups
- Support the service department with light porter duties, including moving and staging vehicles
- Maintain accurate trip logs and communicate clearly with the service team
