About The Position

WinnCompanies is looking for a Shuttle Driver to join our team at Oaks at Olde Towne, a 72-unit LIHTC community located in Gaithersburg, MD. In this role, will be responsible for transporting residents from our apartment community to local shopping center two days a week using the property owned van. This role is a part-time position working 20 hours per week. Please note that the pay range for this position is $22.00 to $25.46 per hour. The selected candidate will also adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday.

Requirements

1-3 years of relevant work experience.
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
Basic familiarity with computer systems and web-based applications.
Comprehend and converse in English to communicate effectively with organization staff, clients and visitors.
Provide a high level of customer service to meet customer service standards and expectations for the assigned responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

Previous professional driving experience preferred.
Ability to speak multiple languages.

Responsibilities

Ensure all safety precautions are adhered to and company policies and procedures are followed.
Prioritize resident safety and ensure treated respectfully.
Assist residents in and out of the vehicle as needed.
Arrives on time and plans accordingly to fuel and clean interior of van prior to or after shifts so no shifts are delayed.
Reports any vehicles repairs needed to supervisor.
