About The Position

WinnCompanies is looking for a Shuttle Driver to join our team at Oaks at Olde Towne, a 72-unit LIHTC community located in Gaithersburg, MD. In this role, will be responsible for transporting residents from our apartment community to local shopping center two days a week using the property owned van. This role is a part-time position working 20 hours per week. Please note that the pay range for this position is $22.00 to $25.46 per hour. The selected candidate will also adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
  • Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
  • Basic familiarity with computer systems and web-based applications.
  • Comprehend and converse in English to communicate effectively with organization staff, clients and visitors.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to meet customer service standards and expectations for the assigned responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous professional driving experience preferred.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all safety precautions are adhered to and company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Prioritize resident safety and ensure treated respectfully.
  • Assist residents in and out of the vehicle as needed.
  • Arrives on time and plans accordingly to fuel and clean interior of van prior to or after shifts so no shifts are delayed.
  • Reports any vehicles repairs needed to supervisor.
