About The Position

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the general supervision of the Assistant Club Manager, performs supervisory duties in the implementation and management of the shuttle fleet operation at the Ansley Golf Club; performs supervisory and technical work in vehicle and equipment mechanics as needed..

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must possess a valid Georgia Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
• Ability to coordinate programs, prepare reports and maintain accurate records
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of methods, techniques and procedures involved in maintenance repairs and replacement
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Occasional standing and walking
• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching and pulling up to 25 pounds.
• Continuous sitting.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to uniform standards while on property.
• Reports of duty as scheduled.
• Operates shuttle vehicle as primary driver.
• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all shuttle vehicles.
• Implements and monitors a preventative maintenance program to assure cost effective maintenance and a scheduled maintenance program to provide maintenance by manufacturers specifications.
• Maintains a complete inventory system through recording of all expenditures and income of each vehicle, fuel, repair parts, supplies, ect.
• Keeps maintenance and repair records, performs preventive maintenance on all vehicles.
• Checks all repair work performed in shop for completeness. Including physical inspections and road tests.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor and/ or Management.
