You'll ensure the dealership runs smoothly by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering outstanding service. Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time-management abilities to ensure punctuality.
Ability to effectively use a smartphone for ride-tracking and business related apps.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience.
Safely transport vehicles on and off the lot, to and from service bays, and other areas as required.
Keep the lot neat and orderly, ensuring vehicles are displayed correctly and accessible.
Wash, vacuum, and maintain vehicles to ensure they meet Bergstrom’s high standards of presentation.
Assist with keeping the service drive and dealership premises clean and organized.
Provide assistance to sales, service, and management teams as needed.
