Shuttle Driver Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday, start time at 1:30 pm and end time will go back and forth from 8 pm to 10 pm, depending on the need of operations. Subject to change based on business needs $15.00/ Hour 127 Town Center Blvd., Clermont FL Job Summary: The Transportation Driver will report directly to the Senior Recreation Manager and will be responsible for the trams. They will be responsible for transporting resort guests and sales representatives to and from designated destinations. The transportation driver must promote a positive image of the property to all guests and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly, and should address all guest requests and problems to the best of their ability.

Requirements

Must have a valid Driver’s License
Excellent work ethic with the ability to take direction
Good driving skills
Must be able to work outside for the entire shift
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
Ability to withstand extreme heat and cold weather conditions
Ability to perform emergency procedures

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Complete full checklists for opening and closing the day to include: cleanliness of vehicles, reporting any maintenance issues, stocking all applicable materials, pulling out golf carts to start shift and securing them upon completion
Providing a safe and comfortable environment while navigating the resort property
Come equipped with all tools needed for the day, including name tag, uniform and a friendly smile
Tram-Driving tours around, dropping off sales representatives with guests, and pick up and drop off carts to preview.
Display outstanding customer service by greeting and providing on board assistance
Knowledgeable of all amenities and services offered within the resort and local area
