Requirements

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time-management abilities to ensure punctuality.
Ability to effectively use a smartphone for ride-tracking and business related apps.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns is a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely transport guests to and from the dealership in a timely manner.
Provide excellent guest service by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times.
Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle, inside and out.
Assist guests as needed, including helping with luggage or personal items.
Communicate effectively with the service team to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating the vehicle.
