About The Position

The shuttle driver ensures the safe transportation of passengers. The shuttle driver determines the collection and drop-off points for each trip and adheres to the vehicle's passenger limit. Transport passengers to and from predetermined locations. Arriving at collection points prior to departure times. Ensuring adherence to passenger limits, both seated and standing. Answer passengers’ questions in a polite and gentle manner. Maintain constant communication with the dispatcher or manager. Carry out regular checks on the shuttle vehicle before and after each day’s run. Obey all traffic rules and regulations guiding the operation of shuttle services in his/her assigned area.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED certificate.
Clean driving record
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent customer service.
Knowledge of traffic rules and regulations guiding the operation of shuttle drivers.
Ability to always maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor.
