About The Position

Millennium Hotels and Resorts is seeking a friendly and reliable Shuttle Driver to join our exceptional team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for our guests to and from Downtown Nashville, ensuring their travel experience is both enjoyable and seamless. Your primary responsibilities will include operating the hotel shuttle in accordance with scheduled routes, assisting guests and providing excellent customer service throughout their journey. You will be the face of our hotel during these interactions, so a positive attitude and a commitment to hospitality are essential. In addition to driving guests, you will also perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, comply with safety regulations, and maintain cleanliness in and around the shuttle vehicle. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential.
Previous experience in a driving role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is a plus.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
Excellent geographical knowledge of the local area and popular tourist destinations.
Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Transport guests in a safe and timely manner to and from Downtown Nashville.
Assisting guests by providing information about local points of interest.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the shuttle vehicle, performing routine checks and addressing any maintenance issues.
Ensure compliance with all traffic and safety regulations.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.
Monitor the schedule and adapt to changing routes based on demand.
Create a positive experience that exceeds guest expectations.
