About The Position

WinnCompanies is seeking a Part-Time Shuttle Driver for Oaks at Olde Towne, a 72-unit LIHTC community in Gaithersburg, MD. This role involves transporting residents from the apartment community to a local shopping center two days a week using a company-owned van. The position is part-time, working 20 hours per week, specifically Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and pays $17.65 per hour. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
  • Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
  • Basic familiarity with computer systems and web-based applications.
  • Comprehend and converse in English to communicate effectively with organization staff, clients and visitors.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to meet customer service standards and expectations for the assigned responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous professional driving experience preferred.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all safety precautions are adhered to, and company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Prioritize resident safety and ensure treated respectfully.
  • Assist residents in and out of the vehicle as needed.
  • Arrives on time and plans according to fuel and clean interior of the van before or after shifts so no shifts are delayed.
  • Reports any vehicle repairs needed to the supervisor.
