About The Position

Seeking a part-time Shuttle Driver for an apartment community in Raleigh, NC. This is a fun and exciting opportunity for someone who loves to drive with a company that values their teammates and company culture. Applicants must have a CDL. This is fixed-term position beginning 1/12/2026 ending 5/12/2026. At the direction of the Property Manager, the Shuttle Driver will be responsible for operating the company bus to and from the university campus. Applicants must have a CDL.

Responsibilities

Provide transportation services when scheduled or on an emergency basis for residents.
Maintain and facilitate a caring, compassionate and understanding relationship with residents.
As required, fill buses with gas, check oil level, maintain vehicles' cleanliness and advise supervisor of any necessary preventative or scheduled maintenance needs
The employee will respond and react in a kind, polite and professional manner to the residents, families, visitors, coworkers, and supervisors
Employee is expected to adhere to all organizational, departmental, and transportation procedures in the performance of the position responsibilities
The employee will be responsible to learn and schedule daily transportation runs as directed.
The employee will be required to clean the inside and outside of all vehicles when not on a scheduled trip
The employee is required to perform other duties in keeping with the nature of this position, which will not significantly alter the job requirements
The individual must have an acceptable driver record and must report any changes in their driver's record to their supervisor
The employee is expected to follow all traffic signs and obey laws.
The assigned driver must report damaged equipment, including vehicle, lift or safety system immediately to their supervisor
