Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly and focused on best-in-class customer service
• Punctual, reliable and a team player who will pitch in as needed
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a positive way
• Detail oriented and organized
• Enthusiastic about the services provided and contributing to a growing company
• Possess a valid Driver’s License, be accepted as an approved driver by our insurance company, and ability to pass a job-related criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers, whether in person or on the phone, clean the lobby including the customer lounge and bathrooms, and keep the refreshment area stocked with snacks.
• Drive the shuttle and escort our customers to and from the shop.
• Support our Customer Service Advisors with customer intake as needed, follow up with customers, answer phones, and schedule appointments.
