Shuttle Driver (Toyota)
About The Position
Anderson Auto is looking for a shuttle driver to join our team. The shuttle driver is responsible for picking up and dropping off customers. This is an important job that directly contributes to the success of business operations. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3 to 5 years driving experience, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors and be physically active for extended periods of time.
- Ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles.
- Must be friendly, courteous, and happy to be of service to others.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Must enjoy and excel in a team environment.
- Must be dedicated and reliable.
- Must have good situational awareness and always operate in a safe manner.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Must have an upbeat and positive outlook on life and working with other people.
Responsibilities
- Shuttle customers to and from home or business.
- Pick up or deliver customer vehicles.
- Maintain the proper speed limit, obeying all traffic and motor vehicle laws.
- Drive no more than 10 mph when on dealership property.
- Must be observant at all times of other moving vehicles and pedestrian's, operating in a safe and courteous manner.
- Maintain vehicles in excellent condition by re-fueling and cleaning, and any routine maintenance needed.
- Performs all duties in a safe manner, immediately reporting any accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to management.
- Shows when scheduled to work, on time, ready and able to perform essential job functions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices.
- Perform other tasks as directed.
