Shuttle Driver
About The Position
Help our guests and Team Members get to their destination! The Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation for guests and staff between parking areas and resort base locations. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive first and last impression of the resort. Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, the Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is a lot to do all year long.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also taking direction effectively.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with company policy.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and adaptable to varying schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for guests and staff between designated resort locations, parking areas, and base facilities.
- Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly, professional, and approachable attitude at all times.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading gear, strollers, or luggage as needed, ensuring accessibility for all passengers, including those with mobility challenges.
- Monitor weather and road conditions, adjusting driving style and route accordingly to maintain safety and efficiency.
- Follow all traffic laws, resort regulations, and departmental protocols while operating the shuttle.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation; report any maintenance concerns immediately to the Vehicle Maintenance Department.

- All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
- All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
