About The Position

Provide shuttle services for employees to and from parking areas. Manage parking area to ensure space is occupied efficiently and vehicles are parked in a safe and orderly manner. Assist in other resort areas as needed for proper traffic flow and parking instructions.

Requirements

High school or equivalent education required. Valid state driver’s license required. Must have clean driving record and be at age of 21 or older.
Customer experience required, preferably in a resort or hotel environment. Ability to operate all types of golf carts and passenger vehicles (manual and automatic) required.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must have satisfactory driving record.
Knowledge of The Ranch operations, its services, and facilities.
Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:30AM to 3PM.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as shuttle driver preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive golf carts ranging from 2-15 passengers.
Safely and securely provide valet services for employees.
Shuttle employees from parking area to designated work area.
Maintain and update the employee parking hotline.
Ensure golf carts and parking areas are kept clean and free of debris and trash.
Provide employees and guests with daily parking updates.
Ensure golf carts are always properly charged and plugged in at the end of the shift for recharging.
Assist team members with parking cars and retrieving their car.
Manage parking areas to ensure all cars are parked safely and efficiently.
Assist Guest Services and Ranch team with duties as needed.
Shuttle guests in golf carts around the resort and to and from the beach.
Deliver amenities and packages to guests.
