About The Position
Part-Time Shuttle Driver – Join a Mission that Matters! We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Shuttle Driver to join our Transportation team and help make that mission possible. What You’ll Do: Safely transport individuals to and from our programs and facilities Assist passengers in embarking/disembarking as needed Monitor passenger behavior and report concerns in accordance with behavior plans Keep vehicles clean and presentable Communicate with dispatch regarding incidents or passenger changes Maintain accurate trip documentation Project professionalism and uphold our core values of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Empathy Why Join Parc? Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and clean driving record
- At least 21 years old and able to pass a DOT physical
- Strong time management, reliability, and customer service skills
- Comfortable working a split shift schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist individuals with varying mobility levels
Nice To Haves
- Experience in transportation or care-related fields is preferred
Responsibilities
