About The Position

Shuttle Drivers will be responsible for driving guests from Nashville Shores to Opry Mills and Downtown Nashville. Drivers will be expected to deliver outstanding guest service while working and adhere to all operating procedures put in place by Nashville Shores. Pay Range: $15.00- $15.75

Requirements

• Problem Solving Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information efficiently; and develop alternative solutions when needed.
• Technical Skills Be cognoscente of surroundings and able to respond immediately to emergency situations by applying first aid knowledge obtained during training.
• Communication Greet each and every guest in a warm and inviting manor; complete all supporting documentation in a clear and concise fashion; and able to read and interpret information quickly.
• Planning/ Organizing Keep assigned work area clean and orderly at all times; fill downtime with appropriate tasks; and work in an efficient manor.
• Quality Control Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in work; look for ways to improve and promote quality; and able to monitor own work for quality assurance.
• Dependability Follows instructions and responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; complete task on time or notifies supervisor with an alternate plan and timeline; consistently at work and on time for scheduled shift; and ensure responsibilities are covered when absent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have or obtain an F endorsement or higher on license before employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor while working and interacting with guest.
• Adhere to and maintain a safe operation of vehicle.
• Clean shutlle after every drop off and at end of the day.
• Insure that all guests adhere to the rules of the Nashville Shores.
• Know and respond to questions regarding the Nashville Shores and surrounding area.
• Resolve customer complaints by using good sound judgment or by requesting assistance from a manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
